Second Redfall Update is Now Available
The game's second major update is finally out.
Redfall released back in May 2023 to some less than favorable reviews, including our own review that found very little to love about Arkane's open-world vampire slayer. Up until October 6, Arkane released just one hotfix update and one major game update. While most have already written the game off, hitting a player count of just three people a day prior, Arkane surprised everyone by releasing the game's second update.

Battlefield 2042 Season 6 Update Changelog
There are plenty of changes in store when Season 6 launches.
DICE just lifted the lid on the Update 6.0.0 for Battlefield 2042. This update will arrive on 4AM (ET) on October 10. A few hours after Update 6.0.0 deploys, Season 6: Dark Creations and its new Battle Pass will go live. Once everything is updated and live, there will be a 24/7 playlist up for Redacted, the new map coming in Season 6.

An alleged former dev of Telltale Games took to Twitter today to say that "most" of the staff at Telltale Games was laid off in early September. Nintendo Says They are Still Working on Switch Games for 2025
That's... a really long console life.
The Nintendo Switch came out in 2017. It's been in dire need for a hefty hardware update, or refresh, or even a full-fledged "Switch 2" release for a while now.
