Remedy Just Revealed an Alan Wake Themed Thermos

    Oh Deer.

Remedy Entertainment teamed up with a "Finnish lighting company" named Airam to create and ready a limited release of an Alan Wake themed thermos. It's called the Oh Deer Diner thermos and like most thermoses (thermosi?), the Oh Deer Diner thermos will hold all sorts of liquids. Hot liquids. Cold liquids. Room temperature liquids. Even some questionable liquids.

If you like hydrating, this is the item for you. This is also good for those who found all...

  • PlayStation Showcase Trailers - Marathon, Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake, and More

Ahoy, thar be trailers in here.

The PlayStation Showcase for May 24, 2023 just ended. There were a bunch of trailers shown during the event. Here are most of them save for the ones I miss or forgot about. Yes, this is a Newsbits in all but name, the title was already long enough. The trailers aren't in any order besides the order in which I look at the numerous emails I just received. I've tried to include all release dates and known platforms. There are some that I have only seen ...

Epic Games Not Done with Store Exclusives

The exclusives have slowed but only because Epic is focusing on snagging bigger fish.

If you believed that the period of Epic Games Store exclusives was a thing of the past, you would apparently be wrong. Timed-exclusive Epic Games Store releases were slowing down enough that it would be easy to believe that Epic finally decided to stop doing one of the most hated things to hit PC gaming in years.

During a call discussing the newly...

Alan Wake 2 Apparently in Full Production

Remedy says their unannounced project is in "full production."

Remedy has confirmed that their still unannounced game project that they're making alongside Epic Games has now "moved into full production." Many people seem to be under the impression that this game is none other than Alan Wake 2.

Remedy Now Controls the Alan Wake IP

    Alan Wake teases more platforms.

Remedy Entertainment has regained the publishing rights to the Alan Wake franchise from Microsoft.

The development studio is currently working on Control, but they apparently found a bit of time to acquire the rights to the horror-action romp starring an author. The company told investors that they would earn €2.5 million on royalties for "previously released games" this fiscal year.

Alan Wake was released back in...

When asked by Game Informer whether or not we would ever seen an Alan Wake 2, Remedy's Sam Lake gave the answer everybody wanted to hear.
    "Yes."

This short yet hopeful response was to the question that asked, "will we ever get to play Alan Wake 2?" Right now, Remedy is working on finishing up Quantum Break for the Xbox One. Speaking of which, Lake did say that he would like to eventually see Quantum Break on the PC some day....
