Activision, the publisher on the upcoming Call of Duty: Vanguard, just released a new trailer today for the multiplayer component included with the game. We have a few details to share about the multiplayer before you jump into the new multiplayer trailer below.

The game will ship with 20 maps included at launch. There will be some advanced weapon customization. There will be new social options included. There will be the new Champion Hill multiplayer mode, which will also be featured in the upcoming beta. Of course, there will be some new perks, killstreaks, gear, and upgrades.

But that's not everything! We also get a little look at the upcoming Pacific-themed map coming to Call of Duty: Warzone. This new map will be released for Warzone at a point following the launch of Call of Duty: Vanguard (Vanguard releases on November 5, 2021). This is an entirely new play area for Warzone that has been made from the ground (heh) up.

If you haven't yet seen the multiplayer reveal video embedded above, you can skip to around the 25:30 mark in the video for a look at this new Warzone location. The image in this news post is also a shot from the new map.
