Starting tomorrow, the biggest update to Call of Duty's multiplayer mode will be rolled out. Ahead of this major Season One update for the game, Treyarch released the first of two planned patches for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Warzone.

The first patch for Black Ops Cold War ranges in size between 3.7GB to 7.1GB depending on platform. A larger patch for Warzone players will arrive around 11PM (PT) tonight. Sadly, the official patch notes for these updates are not yet full live. Treyarch did outline some of the major changes by way of a tweet.

As you can see, there will be some weapon tuning adjustments made across multiple classes. There will also be perk tuning, improvements made to spawning, stability for those on the PC platform, and more. In addition, there will be an addition of two-player splitscreen for the Zombies game mode.

The release of Season One for Warzone will unify the multiplayer modes with Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. There will also be a new battle pass for the diehard fans to optionally acquire if they so choose to.
