Battlefield 1 Alpha Data Mined - Campaign Titles, Weapons, Maps, Modes, and More
Some that are already in the closed alpha for Battlefield 1 have taken to data mining the files to see what sort of information they could gather for the full game. Battlefield 1 Beta Information Coming Soon?
It could be nothing, but I might as well just mention that the Battlefield 1 Twitter account has mentioned the beta once again. It's essentially saying, if you aren't an Insider yet, you should probably become one because there may very well be some news coming maybe soon about a certain Battlefield 1 beta. DICE Announces New Battlefield UI - Ditching Battlelog Starting with Battlefield 4
DICE announced that they will effectively scrap Battlelog for joining and browsing servers. In its place will be an in-game UI where players can join servers, much like it was for all previous Battlefield games up through Battlefield 3. This change will begin with Battlefield 4 and will make its way to Battlefield Hardline, and also be included in Battlefield 1.

Yesterday, DICE revealed the playable factions that will ship with Battlefield 1 later this year. These factions include: British, German, Austro-Hungarian, Italian, Ottoman, and American. Oddly, the French and Russians were not included. It's actually quite baffling that the French won't be included given their significant role in WWI, but DICE has an answer for that: DLC.
