With the release of the Final Stand DLC for Battlefield 4 came the start of the fourth phase of the Phantom Program and the Phantom Operative Assignment. What is it? Well, unlike the previous assignments, you can't simply enter in a password on the Battlelog site.
Oh no, this one apparently goes beyond that. Here's jackfrags to explain what is and is not know about the Phantom Program 4 so far.
That's where things stand right now with the Phantom Operative Assignment in Battlefield 4. Yes, it's more ARG type stuff that people are working on figuring out. Until they do, content will be locked away until it's discovered how to unlock it by jumping through whatever hoops there are to jump through.
I once saw on YT a guy running around shooting all the lights on the ship to activate the Megalodon. It was something completely different that activates it:)
I guess there is some kind of recognition to discover "The secrets of Battlefield 4". And thats why they do it.
