Ian Milham, the Creative Director for Battlefield: Hardline says that the team is aiming for the game to run at 1080p and at 60 frames per second on both the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One.
“If you look at the games that Visceral Games has made before, we have always strive for total parity between our platforms,” Ian explained. “Of course, the PC version, it will do whatever your PC can handle, and the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions will obviously not be as high res as compared to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions. But those two [PS4 and Xbox One] should be locked in together.”

Now, it was revealed during the Sony conference that the beta for Hardline was running at 1080p on the PS4. That, however, doesn't seem to actually be the case as many users have pointed out. If anything, it's presently running at 900p during the beta. Also keep in mind that Hardline seems to have a player limit of 32 players, compared to the 64 player limits in Battlefield 4.
