I made the mistake of getting very unsupported and poorly designed Bose NC-700 headphones (customer support was removed to cut costs - the team from customer support were the ONLY good guys representing the customers and fought to have developers correct the firmware's mistakes - now there's no further updates period), although I was smart enough to NEVER update firmware so I have one of the rare ones that is 99% functional at the cost of no equalizer and 90% battery capability (won't charge the final 10%). Needless to say, I'm looking for new daily drivers and will eventually sell this one to reduce costs (even got the last of the Navy Blue earcups which I didn't know Bose discontinued colored earcups because it's cheaper to only keep black, grey, or unpainted white), preferably one that isn't designed to crush my head (Bose NC-700 is NOT comfortable).
