A new trailer for The Callisto Protocol went up late this week. As you have probably already come to expect from trailers and footage of this game, it's a very bloody and very gory trailer. What separates this trailer apart from some of the previous footage we've seen is the fact that this one seems to have a bigger focus on the story you will get to experience when The Callisto Protocol is released in December.

In between the bits of viscera being tossed about in Black Iron Prison like confetti at a party, we were given a glimpse of a new character. This new character is being played by Karen Fukuhara, an actress that had roles in Suicide Squad (2016) and The Boys, Amazon's fairly popular TV series.


The Callisto Protocol is slated to be released on December 2 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. This game is very much a spiritual successor to Dead Space, and is being developed by Striking Distance Studios. This is a newly formed game development studio started by Glen Schofield, the co-creator of the Dead Space franchise.
