Today's Update 1.56 for Grand Theft Auto V includes some of the more highly requested features from fans. This update, mainly targeting the next-gen release of Grand Theft Auto V includes new options for players to adjust, fixes some smaller bugs, and makes other tweaks here and there.

Some of the improvements offered in Update 1.56 include even shorter load times on the newer platforms. Music will now also continue to play while in an Xbox Live party. There are also some small adjustments to the haptic feedback in the DualSense controller on PS5.

The biggest addition, at least as far as fans are concerned, is the new option to completely disable motion blur if so desired. Players can now also hide various activities from showing up on the map. Car shadows on the Xbox Series X|S version have been fixed. Earnings from owning a Night Club have also been increased.

Some players also noticed that the update adds in some next-gen files to the PC version of the game. This could be a hint that the update will hit PC in the near future.
