Square Enix announced today NEO: The World Ends with You as a new entry in their hit action-RPG, The World Ends with You. This new entry is in development and is targeting a Summer 2021 release for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
In NEO: The World Ends with You, you will be taken to the streets of the Shibuya, where you will take part of the "Reapers' Game," a life-or-death battle for survival. You will play as Rindo, exploring Tokyo to find clues to uncover the mysteries of the Game that they have been forced to take part in.
A new trailer is out today that provides the4 first ever look at the game. You will get a look at the "hip visual direction, 3D environments, gameplay and battle sequences, and amped-up soundtrack."
NEO: The World Ends with You brings a re-creation of modern Shibuya to life in a unique and comic-inspired style. Players can explore and enjoy the sights, sounds, and culture of this bustling city, fight monsters alongside their ally companions in fast-paced action battles, and complete missions as they seek to change the fate they’ve been handed.
