Criterion Games along with Stellar Entertainment launched Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC today. The Switch release of the game is happening on November 13, so there's that.

The game features asynchronous multiplayer across multiple platforms. This means that Autolog is back. You will be able to seamlessly connect, compare, and compete against your friends. The game features enhanced visuals alongside the entirety of the game's DLC that is said to deliver an added six hours of gameplay and more than 30 challenges to the base game. There is also an updated career experience as both a cop and a racer, a new photo mode, "and more."

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered can be yours for $39.99 (USD) on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the Switch. The PC release on Steam and Origin is just $29.99.
