A new "Observer Mode" is coming soon to Evolve. As you may already be able to guess, it's simply another name for spectator mode. One of the first things mentioned on the Observer Mode information page is how this can be used for shoutcasting. They really want this to be the hot, new esport.

Konami revealed a special $99.99 (USD) Collector's Edition for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain today. This CE includes a number of bonus items both in-game and out. Continuing with the recent trend on all news being about virtual reality, comes this small bit of amazingness from a small group. RISE is a "fully immersive virtual reality experience that tells the story of a robot uprising from the perspective of a sentient robot agitator who’s been captured. The last we heard from Sony, the PlayStation 4 had sold 18.5 million units to consumers. This was at the beginning of January. Today, Sony revealed that the PlayStation 4 has sold over 20.2 million units to consumers around the world as of March 1.
