On the old generation of consoles, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, Activision states that Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will scale between 30 and 60 frames per second. That is absolutely horrific. Anybody who has experienced it can tell you that jumping between 30 and 60 fps in a competitive shooter is an incredibly unpleasant experience.

At the very least, they are saying that the framerate for the Zombies mode will be locked to 30 fps. Just a moment though, because it gets worse.

Activision also said that the game will not feature Theater Mode on the old consoles. Theater Mode and all other eSports features will only be available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game. Let's not forget either that the game will not include the single player campaign at all. There also won't be any Season Pass offered, only the possibility for individual DLC packs.

All of this good news must mean the game has a small install size requirement, right? Wrong. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 on the Xbox 3 60 and PlayStation 3 requires 16GB of free space to install. This includes 8GB for the initial download and another 8GB for installation.
