If you ever wondered what it would be like to be on the giving end of a magpie assault, keep reading. Monster Shop Games and indie.io announce Pie in the Sky, a "retro arcade adventure." You will take control of "Australia's most dangerous airborne threats, a creature whose heart is as black as its plumage: The Magpie."
In Pie in the Sky, players will play through six different levels that are "inspired by iconic Australian locations." You will terrorize humans in areas such as an idyllic suburbia, to beaches, to packed downtown areas, and more. There are collectibles to find, food to steal, and plenty of challenges to enjoy.

While the Magpie is already a perfect organism, unclouded by delusions of morality, its perfection can be further refined and specialized: Make it fly and walk faster, swoop more often, digest more readily to carry out bombing runs.
