Embracer will utilize one of its remaining heads to publish Amy Hennig's new Marvel game. Plaion, the Embracer-owned company, will be the publisher behind Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra.
Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra being the upcoming action-adventure game that focuses on Captain America, Azzuri, Gabriel Jones, and Nanali. It's set in Occupied Paris in the 1940s.
Though there is no release date for the game set just yet, it's looking like this one won't be out until 2025 at the earliest. Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra was revealed just earlier this year. It's in development at Skydance New Media, a studio led by Amy Hennig and Julian Beak.
“We are proud to partner with Skydance Games and industry legend Amy Hennig on what is one of the most anticipated AAA games currently in development. This partnership between two ambitious independent companies is a testament to Plaion’s ongoing mission to become a global force in video game publishing.” - Plaion CEO Klemens Kundratitz
