A new and free update for Killing Floor 2 is rolling out today that adds in a bunch of new content. Tripwire Interactive just released the free Summer 2022 update, Killing Floor 2: Tidal Terror that takes the horrors and action to the high seas. This Tidal Terror update is apparently a limited time event that runs from June 14 through July 12.
This update includes a new map called "Rig" along with new weapons, new cosmetics, quality of life improvements, and more. Rig is set on a, you guessed it, massive oil rig. You can play this map in the Survival, Weekly, and Endless game modes.
Naturally, Killing Floor 2 is on sale across all platforms and will be on sale throughout the Summer at various times on different platforms. Right now, I see that it's on sale for 75% off at Steam and Epic Games Store.

- Arsenal Ascent: This new cooperative game mode starts as a knife fight but quickly escalates. There are no weapon spawns and all players start with a knife. Enter a race against the competing team to rack up quick kills for weapon upgrades while keeping an eye out for fast-spawning ammo and armor pickups to keep that kill streak going. Victory goes to the survivor of the final wave once the final and most powerful weapon is unlocked.
