2K passed along word about their roadmap of post-launch content coming to WWE 2K22 after the game's release. This roadmap includes 28 additional DLC characters that contain a mix of past WWE Superstars, a few from the current roster, rising NXT wrestlers, as well as various celebrities or rather "celebrities."

The additional fighters will be sold in five post-launch content packs that can be individually purchased. You can otherwise get all of the packs as part of the game's Season Pass. They are also included for those that purchase the Deluxe Edition and the nWo 4-Life Digital Edition of WWE 2K22.

We already know about Machine Gun Kelly being one of the DLC characters when it was revealed that he was serving as the game's executive soundtrack producer. However, other "celebrities" include Logan Paul, who is actually going to be in a match at WrestleMania for some ungodly reason. Other notable DLC characters include Ronda "Sandy Hook was a hoax" Rousey who in the past also made transphobic remarks. Other notable additions include Doink the Clown, Mr. T, Cactus Jack, Stacy Keibler, Yokozuna, and more.

The full list of post-launch DLC characters and their release dates can be found below. WWE 2K22 will be released on March 11, 2022, though you can play right now if you picked up the more expensive versions.
