That headline is indeed correct. Three additional heroes have been announced for Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate. Koei Tecmo's own Ryu Hayabusa will be included as a playable character. He will be joined by the Greek god Hades and the famous Trojan War hero, Achilles. This is, by far, the oddest combined character reveal I have ever written about.
These three will join the cast of over 170 playable characters in the upcoming new entry in the fairly popular "1 vs. 1,000" hack-and-slash series. Some of those 170 characters come from other games like Dynasty Warriors, some from Samurai Warriors, and some are just new.
Let's learn a bit more about Hades, shall we? Hades is the brother of Zeus and the god of the Underworld. He once had a pretty sick battle against an angry fella named Kratos. All of that is in the past though, because Hades is joining up with Zeus in an "anti-Odin coalition as they fight to discover the true purpose of Loki."

Joining them will be Achilles. He's kind of a big shot when it comes to being a hero of the Trojan War and is feared by everyone. And then there is Ryu Hayabusa. He's a ninja and a member of the Hayabusa clan. He'll make use of his Dragon Sword to take on humans and gods, because why not.
Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate will be available in two different flavors. If you already own Warriors Orochi 4, you will be able to jump up to the Ultimate version by purchasing an Upgrade Pack. If you don't yet own the game at all, you will be able to buy Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate as a standalone release.
Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate will be released in North America on February 14, 2020 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. That's right, a hack-and-slash game with over 170 characters that includes a variety of Greek and Norse gods, plus at least one ninja, plus famous heroes, plus various samurai, will be released... on Valentine's Day. Fantastic.
