Get Your Fix of Old School Games
In the good old days before the Internet boom, gaming fans got their kicks from gaming consoles and arcades. Blistering titles like Street Fighter, Pac-Man, Tanks, and even Donkey Kong were considered the crème de la crème of classic entertainment. Truth be told, these games operated on the cutting edge, featuring innovative game mechanics, and plenty of excitement for hordes of adoring gamers. Few players would argue that these sentimental titles rocked the house.
Lo and behold, the 80s and 90s have come and gone, but what remains is a fond recollection of the all-time greats. Industry aficionados call these games the Console Classics, or the Arcade A-List. Some of us were avid fans of Tetris and Pong, while others ran amok with that crazy blue hedgehog named Sonic on Sega machines. Around the time that video games made their welcome debut on PCs, certain games cemented their place in our hearts and our homes.
Toy Crush
Puzzle-style gaming doesn’t get any better than this. Toy Crush is brain game with plenty of hard-hitting action. You’ll be blasting cubes and levelling up like a champ. Put your grey matter to the test and solve hundreds of puzzles by matching different coloured cubes and eliminating them from the screen as you advance to higher levels of the game. This is free to download and install, and has already won critical acclaim from thousands of players around the world. With a rating of 4.5/5 at the Google Play Store, you know you’re onto something big. So how does it work? You simply match 2+ cubes to advance through different levels of the game. When you match 5/6 cubes, you’ll be awarded a rocket. Things get better with 7/8 cubes, that’s when you get a bomb, and when you match 9 cubes, you will receive the coveted colour wheel. Are you ready to get rolling with the ultimate puzzle-style game? Crush some toys and go for gold!
Rollicking Action with Martial Arts Superstars
Who could ever forget the awesome appeal of world-class games like Street Fighter with the mighty Blanka, E. Honda, Chun Li, Ryu and Ken? This game was the hottest sensation at the time, and its enduring legacy lasted for what feels like an eternity in the entertainment world. According to ESPN, Street Fighter II (released in 1991) sold more than 60,000 units globally and became a hit sensation owing to its hard-hitting martial arts, secret combinations and exemplary gameplay. Believe it or not, Street Fighter II is credited with being the bedrock of all modern-day combat games.
Bubble Shooter Games
Of course, not every memorable game is about adorable cartoon characters – we’re also drawn to game styles as well. Everybody loves balloons and bubbles, especially when we can pop them and win prizes. There’s something inherently appealing about these multicoloured orbs. One of the challenges facing game creators is gender neutrality. Few games appeal to males and females more than bubble popping attractions. One of the hottest titles on the market is Bubble Shooter.
It appears that everyone is always in the mood for popping bubbles. People understand bubbles, and both guys and gals love these types of games. Over the years, scores of variants of bubble shooter games have made their way to market. Bubble Shooter features 2,000+ incredible puzzle levels in a classic-gameplay format. Players get to test out scores of new elements, enjoy interactive sound and special effects, and connect with fellow players through Facebook.
When you burst 7 bubbles in a row, the Fireball Feature will be revealed – that’s something to look forward to. Players can also activate the Bomb Feature by popping 10 or more bubbles at one time. Gamers with a penchant for some nostalgia will love this interactive game, which now features 2,330+ engaging levels.
Super Mario Brothers Remains an All-Time Favourite
It’s hard to talk about classic games without referencing Nintendo’s spectacular Super Mario Brothers selection of games. Mario and Luigi, the Princess and all sorts of weird and wacky characters peppered the gaming arena in this classic video game. Perhaps it is the nostalgic element of these throwback titles that tugs at our heartstrings; the yearning to relive a warm and fuzzy time in our lives is alive and well in the every one of us. Mario Brothers is a tribute to the genius of Nintendo – and a fun-filled retro game for fans of old and the modern age too. While the graphics and gameplay were rather limited in the 90s, the games play out beautifully and players love them.
Examples of Super Mario Brothers titles include the following classics: Super Mario Brothers – Genesis, Super Mario Brothers II 1998, Super Mario Brothers 3, Super Mario Brothers, Retro Mario World Super Mario Brothers, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2 and a glut of others. Such was the enormous popularity of these characters that multiple versions of these Nintendo games were released. Fans owe a big tribute to Shigeru Miyamoto and Gunpei Yokoi for their excellent design work in these unforgettable classics.

Let's just ignore the fact that I forgot to put a poll up for January 2022. In fact, let's also ignore that I forgot to put up a poll for February until the month was almost half over.
With all that said, let's just get into the real reason we're here: To select an arbitrary option that doesn't really matter for anything besides morbid curiosity.

by Shawn ZipayWell wonder no more.
Following the news that Charles Martinet, the voice of Mario since 1991, was "stepping back" from the iconic role, it was unclear whether or not Martinet's last time as Mario would be in the upcoming Switch title, Super Mario Bros. Wonder. Thankfully, we were able to find a definitive answer to that thanks to a statement issued to IGN.
According to Nintendo's statement to IGN, Charles Martinet will not be the voice of Mario in Super Mario...-
