Today's Cities: Skylines 1.1.0 update adds in some often requested features to the game. Some of these new features include over 50 new European style buildings, "wall-to-wall" buildings, three new starter maps, tunnels, new additions to the asset editor, and other fixes and additions.

The team warns that due to the extensive nature of the changes in this update, most mods will not work until the mod maker updates their mod.
