Today, Crypt of the NecroDancer leaves the stigma of "Steam Early Access" and becomes a full-fledged full retail release. Along with today's release, there is also a new mini-documentary film made about the game's development and a 25% discount on the game for a limited time.

Think of NecroDancer as a roguelike rhythm game with some mechanics and ideas that are similar to games like The Binding of Isaac. Oh, and it just happens to have an amazing soundtrack by Danny B, the composer for the music in the original Binding of Isaac game! It also features an extended soundtrack from A_Rival and FamilyJules7X. Like seriously, the soundtrack is awesome which is great considering it's a game that centers around music and keeping the beat. That aforementioned mini-documentary for the game's development can be seen below.
