  • Sony Santa Monica Studio Planning a God of War Event for March and More in 2015

    Sony Santa Monica Studio put up their "Looking Forward to 2015" entry on their site. In it, the team describes how they are planning to hold a special God of War event in March. This event will focus on celebrating ten years of the God of War franchise and will be a "special anniversary celebration for our fans."

    Now, beyond that, the team also dropped a few more tasty nuggets of information. Later in 2015, they say that they'll be back for "round 2" by making an appearance at the 2015 PlayStation Experience.

    They have not come out to directly say that they will be showing off a new God of War game at either of these events but it may be a safe bet that they probably will. I cannot imagine they'll hold a dedicated God of War event just to celebrate the ten year anniversary of the franchise, but anything is possible.
