The first alternative Switch 2 Joy-Con colors were just announced by Nintendo. If you need a little something different than the default red and blue color scheme, then perhaps you'll be interested in these Light Purple and Light Green colors.
Nintendo says that these new colors will be made available starting on February 12, 2026. This is also the same date that Mario Tennis Fever is released for the Switch 2. Though February 12th is the official release date, you can actually pre-order the controllers right now through the Nintendo Store and probably other retailers.
The going rate for the Light Purple and Light Green Joy-Con controllers is $99.99. You get one of each color with your purchase. There is no way to purchase a single Joy-Con nor is there a way to get both the left and right Joy-Con as the same color.
