Starbreeze just announced an upcoming two-part update for Payday 3 to celebrate one year of being released. The first part will release on September 16 with part 2 coming in October.
The Payday 3 Anniversary Update Part 1 will add in a bunch of new content to the game. New content includes with a new playable character, Houston, as well as a new Overkill weapon (Minigun M135), new masks, and new Twitch drops.
There's also a paid component to all of this by way of the start of Chapter 4 - Fear and Greed. Fear and Greed adds a new Heist Pack including the Stock Exchange Heist, a weapon pack with three new weapons, mods, and cosmetics, and a Tailor Pack that adds four new masks, four new suits, and four new pairs of gloves.
There is no word on what the second part of this anniversary update will include yet.
