New trailers from Xbox Showcase and Tribeca Festival.

Asobo Studio and Focus Entertainment revealed two new videos from their upcoming game A Plague Tale: Requiem. This is a direct sequel to the well received A Plague Tale: Innocence.

The action-adventure title had a couple of showings over the weekend. First was a showing at the Tribeca Festival with the developers talking about the game alongside some new footage of the game in action.

Second was a new trailer shown during the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase that just features new gameplay and story footage. This Xbox focused trailer was captured on an Xbox Series X. This particular footage focuses on some combat with a look at a crossbow and knives in hand-to-hand combat.

Sadly, a release date was not yet revealed during either of these events. For that, you'll have to tune in to the Focus Entertainment Showcase on June 23, starting at 12PM (ET).

A Plague Tale: Requiem is coming later this year for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PC, and via the cloud for Nintendo Switch. It will also be out on day 1 for Xbox Game Pass for Console, PC, and Cloud.
