The Ubisoft development team that continues to work on Rainbow Six Siege just revealed their Year 7 content release plans. This year will include four new Operators, three new maps, and tons more content both free and paid.
The first season for Year 7, called "Demon Veil," will deliver a Competitive map set in a country club in Ireland. The new Operator for this first season is a character named Azami. She's able to throw out things called Kiba Barriers which are bulletproof blob thingies. You can use them to fill up gaps in walls or even fill up open doorways.
Season 1 will also include the addition of a permanent team deathmatch mode. I really hope I don't have to explain what that is.
Season 2 will add in another new map, but this time for the Team Deathmatch mode along with an Operator from Belgium. Season 3 adds in an Operator from Singapore and a new Competitive map. The last season will add in an Operator from Colombia.
