According to PlayStation Europe, via Twitter, the multiplayer beta for Uncharted 4 will kick off at 1700 GMT. That's around noon (ET) for those in the States.

As mentioned, this is only for those that own Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection. I am also assuming that the start time is the same for those in North America. We'll have more details as they are made available.
