The short of it seems to be that the free DLC will include new tracks and a few new cars (11 new tracks, 23 routes, new location, 9 free cars). The DLC that you pay for will include new campaign experiences and new cars. The Season Pass for DriveClub will run you $24.99 (USD). If you bought each piece of paid DLC separately, it would run you about $75.84.
