The Sony Cinematic Universe is expanding soon.

During Sony's CES 2025 conference, the company announced two new films and one new anime series based off of a few of their most popular franchises.

Sony says that Helldivers 2 is being made into a film. It is coming via a collaboration between Sony Productions and Sony Pictures. Helldivers 2, the game, is developed by Arrowhead and released on PlayStation 5 and PC on February 8, 2024.

During the latest State of Play, Sucker Punch Productions shared the first ever look at Ghost of Yōtei, the follow-up game to Ghost of Tsushima. Ghost of Yōtei introduces a new protagonist, a new story, and an entirely new area of Japan to explore.

Sucker Punch is offering some free unlockable costumes based on other PlayStation IPs for Ghost of Tsushima: Legends. These outfits will be unlockable simply by playing any Story or Survival mission with each class. The catch here is that the outfits will be unlockable only until January 15, 2021.
