Capcom provides sales figures for their hottest titles.
Resident Evil 3

Capcom just revealed how many units have shipped to retailers and consumers as part of their latest public financial figures. The studio revealed how well some of their most recent and biggest titles have been performing, including figures for Resident Evil 3 and Monster Hunter World.

To date, Resident Evil 3 has shipped 2.7 million units. Monster Hunter World has now surpassed 16 million copies shipped. The expansion for Monster Hunter, Iceborne, has managed to ship 5.8 million units to date. All three of these titles are available right now for a variety of platforms including PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

Capcom's financials also revealed some figures on the lifetime sales for various franchises. For instance, we now know that the Resident Evil franchise has shipped over 103 million units as of June 30, 2020. The Monster Hunter franchise has shipped 64 million units. Street Fighter is sitting at 45 million units shipped. Mega Man is at 36 million. Rounding out these top sellers are the Devil May Cry games coming in with 22 million units shipped and Dead Rising having hit 14 million units shipped.
