Arkane's Harvey Smith says a planned PS5 version was scrapped following Microsoft's acquisition of Bethesda.

Redfall is an upcoming cooperative FPS that will have you and up to three additional friends roaming the town of Redfall slaying vampires. Starfield and Redfall Delayed Until 2023

This is not completely unexpected.

Bethesda took to Twitter today to announce that both Starfield and Redfall have been delayed. The games will no longer launch within 2022 and are now expected to be released in the first half of 2023.
