Nintendo says that Donkey Kong 64 is coming to Nintendo Switch Online via the Nintendo 64 - Nintendo Classics app on June 4. This one will be available for Switch and Switch 2 owners who subscribe with to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack, which is the $50 per year subscription plan.

Prices for Nintendo hardware are once again going up.

Nintendo announced in the early morning hours on May 8 that the price of the Switch 2 console will go up by at least $50 in the United States, pushing the price from $449.99 to $499.99. Ubisoft and Evil Empire say that The Rogue Prince of Persia is coming to both the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 on December 16, 2025. This release follows the fairly successful launch of the game on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation.

The release on December 16th will be digital only. However, Ubisoft says that a physical version is coming on April 10, 2026. Both a Standard Edition and Immortal Edition will launch on that date for PlayStation...

Nightdive Studios announced that their "faithful recreation" of the 1994 sci-fi classic, System Shock, will be coming to the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. A "reworked" release of OFF is coming to Steam and Switch today from Fangamer and Mortis Ghost. This release is said to stay true to the original vision, but does include new bosses from designer Mortis.

A look at the various psychic abilities you'll be able to use.

During today's Nintendo Switch Direct, we got a new look at Metroid Prime 4: Beyond. The new footage is mainly focused on some of the different psychic abilities Samus will be able to use when the full game launches later this year.

First it was Yuzu and now Ryujinx.

Nintendo has struck another blow against Switch emulation today as the Ryujinx emulator has been shut down. The emulation scene began wondering what was going on earlier in the day on Tuesday, October 1st when the Ryujinx GitHub repository returned a 404 error. The official Ryujinx Discord also had invitations disabled around the same time.
