A new report by Jason Schreier at Bloomberg states that Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. is closing down three of their gaming studios and have cancelled development on a Wonder Woman game. These closures and cancellation are being done "in a bid to boost the profitability of its interactive entertainment business."

Warner Bros. Games and developer Player First Games just announced that their free-to-play platform fighter, MultiVersus, will be officially released on May 28, 2024. This return comes after the game was taken offline for several months following the conclusion of what Warner Bros. called an "open beta" for MultiVersus. Warner Bros. filed a trademark in the European Union.

The biggest and boldest bunny around, Big Chungus, has just been trademarked by Warner Bros. in the European Union. The trademark filing was first discovered and shared by Andrew Marmo via Twitter. The filing was made on August 26 of this year. The trademark is still "under examination" at the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
