Returner, youre delusional. DICE intended the stats to be used to create an overall ladder. Now if some people aqcuire the stats in conventional means, and others in another shape and form of gameplay, shouldnt the newer/changed form be independant, or possibly non-ranked?

Do you honestly think that stats of a medic playing 24/7 Karkand IO are aqcuired in the same standards as one playing 24/7 Karkand vanilla? No.

And while I dont think stats are important, cheating the system is still cheating. And DICE just made it a "legalized" cheating. Youre kidding noone here, you support stat padding, not "balanced gameplay".

Who is going to need transport in IO mode? This especially applies to Karkand. It's a campers paradise with neither team being able to uproot the other and as a result both teams camp the entire round in what can only be described as nothing more than a shallow Quake style deathmatch. Don't need transport if you spend 90% of every round at the same flag fighting an eternal battle for statistics.

Oh I really dont think you have to jog that far to get to action in Karkand... Due to prolongued firefights in which a vehicle cannot put an end to a fight permanently, your SPM will skyrocket, dont lie to yourself nor anyone else.

K/P and "Infantry Only" server players are getting their stats reset right now, and they were getting their stats reset until now. When 1.4 comes out "stat padding", which was against BFROE is legalized.

Perfect example would be cannabis and its legalization...

I have no oppinion one way or another about IO except that it is easy. But i have played with returner (btw i think hes german maybe thats why spelling and grammer and stuff isnt that great lol that coming from me) a couple of times on the beta on IO maps and hes usually at the top with 100+ points.

Hehe if those aren't typical average Karkand/infantry whore statistics I don't know what is. Though I must admit compared to SOME players they're not nearly as bad. On a true IO supporter point/Karkand whore they have 100% of played time on either the medic or the support class (with almost zero time as AT) have almost all time spent on Karkand and have less than a minute spent with anything other than shock paddles, grenades, medic packs, supply packs or the assault rifle.

Still it has most of the standard IO crybaby earmarks...

*Crappy vehicle statistics (vehicles are too easy!) I mean a 6:1 KDR in a tank/APC? I thought the person in the tank always did an easy 100:1 and ended every round with a gold medal? Dare I say... 3:1 in a JET... WTF? Horrible SPM in all vehicles ect. ect.

*Almost all played time spent on the three infantry centric maps that are the most whorable in terms of points - Karkand, Sharqi, Mashtuur.

*A disproportionate amount of time holding the "hand grenade" (a QUARTER of the time holding his main weapon!). I can only assume this is even more inflated on a map like Karkand where a player like Returner might spend more than half of his time holding a hand grenade whereas on a map like Dragon Valley or Kubra Dam he probably has spent next to none.

*Assault rifle as the heavily favored main weapon of choice

*A disproportionate amount of time using the "noob tube" (I'm sure time spent with this dropped off to almost zero after the nerf).

To me your statistics read like a player who started off very diverse playing all the maps but once he figured out he doesn't like helicopters, airplanes and armor and can't do well in them switched full gear to an infantry whore playstyle.

yep tank are just fine if you tink I'm not sitting in tank on karkand
my jet is not fantastic
but my heli is not my fault because I play with every pilot or gunner even they are crap.

129:05:02 as total and 8 houres as nade in hands is not much.

To you but did yu noticed 10 maps has also high BR scores only zatar lar wetlands has topscore of 65.

so I have nor problems to get high scores on other maps but I just love the infrantry aspect of the game so.

That's nice. But if you love it as is then why are you advocating IO mode? Is infantry play currently too hard for you? The only thing IO will do is make gameplay easier for you and thus as Chris said make your ending score higher more often than not. When I play infantry - I play infantry and vehicles have virtually no impact on the gameplay experience.

Indeed we have come full circle and have reached the same exact logical conclusion.

The overwhemling reason players *really* want IO mode is an easier gameplay mode both in regards to difficulty of the overall gameplay, less reliance dependance on teamwork and most critical of all - MORE POINTS!

Score per minute and TOTAL score are two completely different things. IO players want one thing - the maximum number of points in as little time as possible.
