Dual-wield all the things.

On December 2nd, Fatshark will release an entirely new class into Warhammer 40,000: Darktide. The Hive Scum class will allow players to dual-wield various weapons as they utilize skills and moves that should be familiar to those that main rogues in any game.

Priced at $11.99, Hive Scum will let you either dual-wield pistols or shivs for ranged or close-ranged combat. Hive Scum will also have a customizable Stimm that will enhance their abilities....

Two Warhammer games, two developers, one crossover event.

Fatshark and Owlcat Games announced a new collaboration today. This collaboration is between Warhammer 40,000: Darktide and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader.

This limited-time crossover will grant Darktide players a special weapon trinket, while Rogue Trader players will get a free DLC weapon, the Sapper Shovel.

They say in order to get the special trinket in Darktide, you need to log into the game...

A free update with new content is coming soon.

On March 25th, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide players will get a new Nightmares & Visions update for free. This update will add a new in-game activity, various improvements, new challenges to the Havoc end-game mode, a limited time event, balance adjustments, and more.

It's a big day for Darktide.

Today not only marks the release date for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide on PlayStation 5 but also the release of the huge "Grim Protocols" update for all platforms. The Grim Protocols update is free to all owners of the game and contains a wealth of additional content that you can play.

New content arrives in December.

Fatshark shared a trailer for Grim Protocols, an upcoming free update for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide. This update will be released on December 3 across all platforms. This also happens to be the same day that Darktide releases on PlayStation 5.

Grim Protocols includes a new game mode, new missions, three new weapon families, a special anniversary event, and more. Some of that "and more" includes various yet undisclosed quality...

The PvE game apparently wasn't yet on PlayStation.

A release date of December 3, 2024 is when Warhammer 40,000: Darktide hits PlayStation 5. Pre-orders are open today starting at a price of $39.99. Those with PlayStation Plus will get a 10% discount on the base version and 15% off the Imperial Edition.

A new reward system added plus the penances system is overhauled.

A huge update for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is out today from Fatshark. The update, Path of Redemption, is free to everyone that owns the game. It adds in a new reward system and near completely overhauls the previous penances system.

The Traitor Curse Part 2 is nearly here for Darktide fans.

This past week, Fatshark showed off the second part of their big Traitor Curse Anniversary Update for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide. The first part of this two-part update came out in early November. Fatshark announces that there will be a free, two-part anniversary update coming very soon for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide. All together, this update is dubbed The Traitor Curse and the first part of the update is expected to drop this month. The second part will arrive in December ahead of the winter holidays.
