Actually I was grammatically correcting you, English language was the only battle here.

Aside from the main point, its up to you if you go through with it and tk them, if someone just stands in front of your jet its your choice to run him over.

so, you have never seen a good twl or cal vehicles team have you?

Soloers, are and forever will be able to make the decisions faster and more precise, because the soloer only has to put the thought thru 1 mind.

        Here's a Table

        -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
        Solo <--------------> Full Chopper
        -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

        Solo:
        -----------
        1) scans
        2) sees enemy chopper
        3) Moves chopper to allow for spin
        4) changes to gunner seat
        5) Shoots Tv

        Full Chopper:
        ------------
        1) Scans
        2) Gunner sees chopper
        3) gunner spots chopper/tell pilot on voip/ts/ventrillo
        4) Pilot finds chopper in sky (Can take a few seconds)
        5) pilot moves to line up gunner
        6) Gunner moves to TV screen
        7) gunner shoots

        Full Chopper2:
        -------------
        1) Scans
        2) Pilot Sees Chopper
        3) Pilot tell Gunner
        4) pilot aligns chopper
        5) Gunner sees chopper
        6) Gunner shoots.

        Full Chopper 3:
        --------------
        1) Pilot flies with nose down and try to take a Flag
        2) Full Chopper Dies trying to take a Flag

        Full Chopper 4:
        --------------
        1) Pilot spots and screams at gunner to shoot a TV
        2) Gunner Shoots the machine gun at the Chopper
        3) Full Chopper Dies

        Why is this improtant?
Well, as you can see it takes a soloer 5 steps to Shoot at a chopper, it takes a Full Chopper 6-7 Steps, and that makes the soloer have a Faster See to Shoot Time, where as a full chopper has a Slightly Longer responce time.

And most soloers are very good Tv Shots so, they won't miss most times they shoot, giving them the advantage over the full chopper.

And, The Soloers are at another advantage because the soloer doesn't have to worry about a Really Bad Gunner or a really bad pilot where a full chopper does.

Yes there are times when 2 ppl meet and they are very good in a full chopper, but that never happens in pubs anymore.

Re: Is a soloer a teamplayer?

Which is why i said a competent chopper crew on TS or voip will win. Once an enemy heli is spotted by gunner or pilot, then pilot aligns - gunner shoots tv - pilot straight away goes into a barrel role or moves out of range. now the soloer has to tv a barrel rolling heli while the gunner of the heli team just has to hit a heli spinning on the spot.

2 man crews can circle of death flags and rape infantry, never seen soloers on pubs do this

Case closed? I mean, weve got factual and argumentative proof, and opinions can still be left as mutual disagreement.

A two man crew would do that better mate They dont have to stop firing the gun when the chopter is starting to spin, coz it wont spin when used as it should be:)

A chopper pilot whos flying solo can make the best snap decisions based on the level of skill, maneuverability, position, current situation and not only execute the decision and action faster, but he can also do it based on himself. Hes adjusting to the extra workload instinctively. Besides, YOU would not be in that "better two man crew".

You make a thread to argument soloers, and then you say that almost nobody wants to play as a team...

                        So why single out soloers..?

A barrel roll seldom saves you anymore. I can hit them pretty consistently (~80%), and there are far better trained gunners out there who can easily hit your rolls, slides and drops. You can try to move out of range, but that won't necessarily happen... you might want to take your opinion to R|A (raging angels) and see for yourself.

Trust me, a good two-man crew can die just as easily at the hands of a soloer. You're ignoring many variables...

Half of the time i play BF2, i cant find a good squad. But since i spend 50% of my time in a squad doesnt that mean that i find a good squad every second round or so? Wich shows that there are teamplayers out there:)

And im not saying that only soloers are not teamplayers. Many other ppl arent.

So when someone stands in front of your jet you give it to them to save a ticket? In fact im not the one wasting tickets here. I dont jump on a jet just to punish the pilot.

I only solo when there's absolutely no competent indviduals around to gun or fly. I'd much rather fly or gun with someone else who knows what they're doing becuz seat switching gets old quick. Your typical soloer is someone who prefers to to go alone and will even fly over right past a 2 star general requesting a pickup (i've seen it). Hence I put a .50 caliber round from my m95 in their brain.
