    Ubisoft Back on their Exclusive Storefront BS Again

    Several upcoming titles are not headed to Steam.

    Remember how in November 2022, Ubisoft made this big return to Steam? Since the initial release of Assassin's Creed Valhalla on Valve's platform, Ubisoft released several other newer titles. It looked like Ubisoft was playing a bit of catchup with releases on Steam after several of these titles enjoyed long exclusivity periods on the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft's own storefront, Ubisoft Connect.

    Everything Shown at the Disney and Marvel Games Showcase 2022

    A show so underwhelming, no single announcement is worthy of its own post.

    If you missed out on the first-ever Disney and Marvel Games Showcase at D23 2022, you really didn't miss much of anything. I mean it. That show was boring. We were given some updated looks at already announced games, some mobile stuff, a new visual novel Tron game, and some early mockups for a game that is so far away from being released it doesn't even have a title yet.

    Splinter Cell just cannot catch a break.

    Ubisoft says that they have cancelled the development of four separate games that were at various stages of development. Two of the projects were never announced by Ubisoft. The other two are Ghost Recon Frontline and Splinter Cell VR.

    The choice to end the development on these four titles came as Ubisoft wants to focus on "sizable cost optimization" for their upcoming fiscal year. Chief financial officer Frederick Duguet...

    Ubisoft Reveals New Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora Trailer

    Hey, remember Avatar? Yeah, it's apparently still a thing!

    It's been 12 years since James Cameron blasted our eyeballs with blue, 3D aliens, but that franchise is clawing its way back from obscurity with multiple releases planned for the coming years. Avatar 2 is coming maybe next year? Avatar 3 is coming in 2024. Avatar 4 is in 2025. Avatar 5 is slated for 2028.

    I'm not joking either.

    But those four additional films aren't the end of it, no sir! Ubisoft revealed...
