VALVe is NOT OBLIGATED to update this game in any way sort or form. They DO NOT have to do anything at all for anyone. But they do. They update it because you all like it and keep playing it and want the best game possible. You buy the game, you get the updates, you wait. OH WAH WAH WAH! ERIC JOHNSON SAID JANUARY 7TH AND IT'S NOT HERE! HE LIES!



No. Part of the dev cycle for any game is internal beta testing then external beta testing. At the time EJ said that, they probably did not know the extent of the issues and it was probably very nearly done. But somewhere along the line they found out that there WAS an issue and proceeded to fix it. If you can find bugs before they happen you're set for life. The basic thing is you can't. VALVe wants the best product possible and I hope you all realize that.



As for the others, this is NOT a place to flame others. You may voice disagreements in a calm manner and STATE YOUR OBJECTIONS to any relevant statements. CS-Nation is not Lets-Flame-VALVe-and-Everyone-Else-Nation. Please, if you have a concern, say it in a respectful tone and minimize the usage of curse words every two words.



And no, this is not a slam against your First Amendment rights. I want all users to have an enjoyable and safe time, and I want all users to voice their opinions in an adult manner. We're all growing up, let's act like it.

Second, you are incredibly right. CS 1.6 is a cool update, but CS 1.5 is great too. Stop worrying!

WE WANT CS 1.6 and there is nothin we can do out that now cause its over

but it would be nice if we heard valve say what they can or cant make on there own website
