You must have no life calling the FBI on a game, you know whats going to happened don't you? They'll work the case, then it'll stop dead because the sites will catch on and shut down for a while. FBI close the case, sites re-open and hacks back out on the webs.

No, I think you have less of a life, given that you're complaining about what a retired guy likely to be older than/old as your father is doing with his free time. I'm sure they'll "work the case" and "close the case" and that'll be the end of it.

It's not hilarious, people come home, get on their computer, fire up a game, to relax and enjoy something that's fun. Most people have a 'favorite server' that they usually visit, this is their way of relaxation that they're used to. Once some arsehole comes in and has, say, aimbot on, it ruins this. As constantly dying is not found as fun by most players. The person that wanted to relax must either find a new server, which can be quite irritating and time consuming.
The guy who runs 187ci, T2x, is a minor. The IRS isn't going to charge a minor with tax evasion. M-S-X's owner is Russian and HelioS is from Belgium.

You hit the hammer right on nail! There is barely any reason for this case, the FBI will not TOUCH Russian or Belgium police. It would be too much of a NSA risk, also the minors. Weill, lets just the IRS have their fun, shall we :salute:
mitch66, you sir are an idiot. it is not illegal for them to sell hacks to be used in the video games. a realization that you clearly did not find.... if it was illegal for them, do you not think the companies that made the games such as ea, who have over $188,000,000 worth of stock would use 1/1000 of that money to shut those puney hack sites down if they were illegal? because those hacks do cost these companies alot of money.
you clearly didn't know the laws, and that agent you talked to clearly didn't know the full spectrum of internet laws, or probably the hacks. when the case is sent to the CIO's they will all have a good chuckle at your expense and file your accusations away in their database. it's not illegal for them to hack. it would be illegal for them to sell hacks AND work on some type of anti-cheating software. for example, if the 187ci losers were selling hacks and working at punkbuster, that would be illegal. but i can assure you they do not, because punkbuster is very cautious with that.
That is also the reason why punkbuster does not accept ANY suggestions from regular people like us. If someone was trying to get them, they could give punkbuster info, then they could report it, and punkbuster would be knee deep in lawsuits.
