Square Enix is totally committed to releasing Final Fantasy XV in 2016.
At this past weekend’s Active Time Report (ATR) from PAX Prime, SQUARE ENIX confirmed that FINAL FANTASY® XV will be released in 2016. Director Hajime Tabata also revealed new assets and showcased a video message from Avalanche Studios Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer Christofer Sundberg.
“We’re proud of our technical capabilities and the work we’ve done to help shape the open-world genre,” said Sundberg. “We hold the FINAL FANTASY franchise, and the team working on it, in such high regard and are excited to be a part of the next chapter.”
