That post stands as is, but I'll further clarify. In this game, pre-1.2, without effective AA, the real fighting is on the ground. After 1.2, we might have a different story. If we get effective AA, it's a whole new ballgame. So for now, and the keyword is now, planes rule . That's why you chose it. You're picking fights with helpless victims. When you follow that with the audacity to claim skill in a bold and arrogant manner, you gotta expect some heat.

Even if MG did break some rules, you could have made your case without the arrogance. You might have found some supporters. And it looks like your case was solid. But you will be forever remembered as the snotty kid who thinks he's all that, by using a jet in a game where the jet is practically invincible.

Keep using that tactic in the real world. I'll visit you on the unemployment line.

Picking fights with helpless victims? Oh sorry, but I'm quite sure both teams get not one, but 2 jets to fly and attack eachother. That is what they are there for. If I am so called "attacking your helpless victims on the ground" then someone should get in the air and oppose me. Dont go spewing this crap about attacking helpless victims. A helpless victim is one who chooses not to fight back or cannot fight back (both teams get 2 jets, and in moongamers server, there is no spawn or baseraping)

You have all the tools you need to take me down and out of the air if you choose. If not, then we all know what can happen.

One of you, i can't remember who, made some very bad remarks calling people (and i know he did include me in that group of people, but didn't say explicitly) cowards, stats whore, so-called or self-entitled "great players", not being civilized, mature players with a good sense of fair play. Don't think i didn't see all that. Me being a moderator here doesn't make 1 single difference, we consider those accusations inappropriate and the punishment ranges from a warning to a 1 week ban or a permanent ban.

Maranello, it was me. Those were remarks that meant to address how I see people's attitudes. I didn't call anyone by name because they were general comments and parallels that I wished to draw, not accusations against anyone in particular. If you identified with any of those, that is up to you. I don't believe I did that explicitly or implicitly, since I was talking in general concepts as I see them and as I use to frame the issue.

But this is the difference between you and me. I have never called people names, never made accusations, never told people "they suck" or they are "noobs" or they are this and that.

Maybe. But I believe you may have done something slightly worse. You stated that an admin had said in our Oman server that a commander could not arty the carrier. In fact someone did some digging around and there is no evidence of any one of our admins ever having said that. Evidence seems to point to a misrepresentation of truth.

Just because you have chosen not to fight in the air and learn how to take down other pilots does not mean the jet is invincible. I have been killed before, I am not God here.

The only other thing that can take a jet down is another jet. The guys on the ground cannot take a jet down. They cant fight you. Yet you attack them. You get your easy points from bombing infantry under the guise of "well, no one can stop me, so I must be good". No one can stop you because they have no means to do so other than 2 people in jets. And those 2 people, for all we know, are doing the same thing. You think they're gonna chase your ass around the map and dogfight you? For 2 points? When they too can get 100+ points bombing infantry like you?

You think I get 100+ points by only bombing infantry and ignoring other jets you are SORELY mistaken. My points come by killing jets, helos and armor as well as infantry, so dont go spewing bs around like that. Just because YOU dont have the talent to get 100+ points by attacking air vehicles as well as armor and ground targets in one round does not mean it isnt possible.

So for what i read here the moongamers admins are noob crying babies that don't like good competition :laugh: lol Don't say, well if you don't like that server rules go chose another one. Better say to the people that pay for server: If you don't like to get PWNED don't even play BF2!!! Admins are noob with no skill that have to pay for a server so they can kick anyone that play better than them.

You obviously have a lot of growing up to do. Just FYI, our admins spend on average at least an hour daily ghosting exclusively, without playing, and making sure that both sides are respecting the rules. I personally have ghosted for a couple of hours straight without playing at all on several occasions. The playing skill of the admins is irrelevant as long as they know the rules and the principles that guide them and apply them fairly and consistently across the board. I am very proud to say that we do. So, don't bring bull***t arguments to this matter because they are irrelevant, as in: they don't apply in our case, but your mileage on other servers may vary.

:laugh: I know all about that bro, I do the same. After about 200hrs on my account I created another with admin in the name. Now this was not done to protect my stats in anyway it was done so the new players knew there was an admin and for those that didn't relate our server Raging Rebels with the <<R2>> tags.

In fact I only come on with my admin name when all hell is breaking loose. I couldn't give a rats about stats hence why I use my no1 account most of the time whether I'm admining or not. It says I have 450+hrs but "if" I have actually played and not admined for half of those hours I would be very suprised.

BTW he seems to know what he is talking about regarding the rules and regulations of running a ranked server.

"I'm so good in a jet they kicked me because of my uber leet skills" They didn't and when are you going to get it they kicked you for disruptive gameplay which was an admin decision based on you whoring the jets for 5 rounds straight. Obviously your mummy didn't teach you how to share. There is nothing whatsoever in either the EULA, ranked server TOS or ROE that says they can't do this, in fact their are statements which back up this decision.

I suggest if you don't like this decision that you stop justifying how awesome you are in a jet and go and pick another server that suits you that has no admins on it and whore the jet to your hearts content because you have your hand firmly on it atm and you "still" think you were kicked because of your so called uber leet skills. :laugh:

Besides go and complain to your hearts content you won't get anywhere. Moongamers have explained this particular situation over and over again but you still don't get it.

FFS get over it already and play elsewhere. I sure you won't miss moongamers server and I'm sure they miss won't you.
