Maranello I understand you came to visit. You also posted about some things that were said in game.

Our admins wear admin tags, either before or after their names. None of the things that were said that you posted were said by an admin. In fact, the person who said something about not using arty on the uncappables also went on to use language that is usually found on our banned word list (which apparently was not working), and was generally very disruptive to the rest of the players. It's hard to fathom how this player could be construed to be an admin or know the rules of our server when he very clearly wasn't even growing hair in his "special places" yet. It does a disservice to other communities when you post stories like that to discredit them. I have to wonder why you would do that.

i was only kicked once, becuase an admin wanted to get on a crane and snipe but i wouldnt let him, me thinks me sniped him 37 times before he kicks mes

Please tell me where I yelled "I OWN look at my score" in that post. If I want to gloat, I can post alot of screens showing some of my better scores. People know how good I am, I dont have to say it. Just yesterday I was being called an "a**ho**" for killing this guy (=RUS=franny) in the air a few times in a row. He knew I was good when I killed him. People see Im good when I play. Obviously this is true because this is what got me noticed by the moongamers admins and they even admit watching me and ghosting to see if I was a hacker/violating any rules. I've been kicked alot of times for being too good for the admins to handle in servers. It happens alot. I've also seen other good pilots kicked from servers because they are killing the admins' clan mates too much etc. It happens.

But dude, what about Wreck who got banned FIRST ROUND because he was doing well in a jet. Are you saying its his fault too?Did they show a good sign of sportsmanship when they banned him FIRST ROUND?
Get real man,stop being stubborn.

There are always two sides to every story. Get real and don't make any assumptions based on what one side said. Trust me. My life revolves around hearing both sides to a story and you'd be surprised how wildly two versions of the same event or situation can differ and what details are spiked, subdued or ommitted by each side to bost their case and attempt to demean or totally dismiss the other side.

I read stories on the unban section of our forum every day that exemplify what I just said. I don't know what experience, if any, you have with admining and resolving disputes, but that's the reality.

I also got banned from the Moongamers Oman server last night. I wasn't disobeying any rules and I didn't even get to finish the first round. I was in the su-34 and hadn't died that round. I was taking out their planes, choppers, tanks, everything that moved. All of the sudden after taking out a cobra "diconnected for excessive teamkilling". I didn't TK anyone. I'm also filing a complaint.

Don't know what you did, but, it appears it was very temporary.

Oh really, so I guess US marine pilots who pilot jets in real wars and help win wars/conflicts for us, the American people, are cowards who stay away from "real" fighting!?

As far as "real" fighting goes...The real fight is in the mind, not in the matter, and that is where I excel at. So don't hate.

After looking at your stats on http://bf2s.com/player/43389710/( COLONY) I would say your are the perfect defintion of what people are calling you. 457 hours total played 305 hours being aviator. 30,000 kills and 1000 deaths need I say more?

Actually, I have played 582 total hours:
305 hours in jets
81 hours in helicopters
51 hours in armor
11 hours in transport vehicles
5 hours in air defense
1 hour in ground defense guns
And the other 100+ hours on foot

You call me a whore?
I say I'm a pilot who actually does his job.

I hate to say it, but, I think all that could possibly be said has been said. Colony, I have seen your reply email and like I said, when a representative from our hosting company tells us that we have to change, we change. No hard feelings or anything. It IS just a game, and we try to give ALL players a chance to fly, not just the good ones. If that turns out to be against the agreement, then it is against the agreement. Many disagree with our position on this, just like I disagree with yours. All's good though, not like I'm mad and writing my congressman, or anything..

That post stands as is, but I'll further clarify. In this game, pre-1.2, without effective AA, the real fighting is on the ground. After 1.2, we might have a different story. If we get effective AA, it's a whole new ballgame. So for now, and the keyword is now, planes rule . That's why you chose it. You're picking fights with helpless victims. When you follow that with the audacity to claim skill in a bold and arrogant manner, you gotta expect some heat.

Even if MG did break some rules, you could have made your case without the arrogance. You might have found some supporters. And it looks like your case was solid. But you will be forever remembered as the snotty kid who thinks he's all that, by using a jet in a game where the jet is practically invincible.

Keep using that tactic in the real world. I'll visit you on the unemployment line.
