Depends on your playstyle and preferences. Give each of them a good 10 hours playtime, then work with the ones you feel most comfortable/successful with.

It also depends what you are shooting at... No rifle in the game is going to help you if a tank and a couple of APCs roll over a hill in front of you...

For shooting at people all the weapons are effective in different ways. I had a lot of success with the L85A1 (the first Medic unlock) but others hate it. Some like the laser accuraty of the G36C (the first Spec Ops unlock) on single shot but others dislike it's low damage. SOme like the AKs because of higher damage and it takes a special breed of person to fall in love with the sniper rifles in BF2...

As said above the only way you will find out is to try them...

My favorites are the DAO-12 and the G3. No matter how much I try to use something else I just go back to these two toys.

Did you guys notice that half of the players in any server are running around with that F2000? Looks like everyone is playing assult these days, but if you want to kick their @$$e$ then go and get used to the PKM and show them the real power!

I think I have to start using that PKM. unlocked it long time ago and never used it.

All of the spec ops guns have the same fire power effectively. The only real difference is the accuracy. G36C is the most accurate one.

Some people do not like the iron sight of the G36C so they may like other weapons, but that is a matter of taste only. Many guys here, including me, believe that the G36C is a full-auto sniper gun.

If you are looking for a better spec ops weapon then stick with that G36C.

The flash bang is a seperate unlock. You don't get it automaticly when you unlock the FN2000

so how do you unlock it? i unlocked all five weapons last night the first time i played sf online but noticed that the flashbangs are still locked when i go to bfhq...

Yes, once again, just like the ORIGINAL unlocks, these new guns are not supposed to be better than the normal guns. They are alternatives!.

people winge enough about balancing...yet they expect also to be given more powerful guns?????

the unlocks should all be balanced but offer slightly different advantages and disadvantages. So more powerful but longer reload times, more accurate but smaller clip. The unlocks should be more powerful but repire more skill to use properly.

I think its because poeple are used to playing games where you get increasingly more powerful weapons through the game.

Well I only unlocked the F2000, the MG36 and the G36E...

In BF2 when I select the F2000 kit it comes with Flashbangs, I certainly have not unlocked them separately...

When playing BF2:SF the standard Assualt kit gives you flashbangs but I am not sure if the F2000 kit does...

It actual stats put it as a more powerful but shorter ranged version of the M12A2 (with the launcher)...

well $30 is to much and there is alot that comes with the expansion new guns and maps,teams,vehicles mostly what im looking for the guns are more of an alternative for me

Everyone is now exited about the F2000. Maybe it is a very good weapon, but after a while the game will go back to its normal state and the kits in the game will become more evenly distributed. Most players play Assault right now. It reminds me with the early days of this game when most people were playing medics.
