Our server has TK punish off... so no worries. :) We don't need it. A live person is much better at determining who deserves a kicking than some script.

I here by solomly swear and affirm that I will not punish for a teamkill unless in the event of an intentional TK or severe stupidity of the Tk'er. I will not punish for running in front of a vehicle and getting sqashed nor will I punish for forgetting what the red skull and crossbones mean, getting blown up by a mine or claymore. Furthermore, I will always think before punishing and realize that not punishing is the prefered response.

I am a bonified TK punisher. I NEVER forgive anyone, and I dont intend to start now. I dont care if its intentinal or not, but if someone kills me, they are losing 4 points. Its just my way to say thank you for all the punishes I have endured.

I don't care how "stupid" the other guy was. If it was accidental, even if it was because of stupidity, I am NOT going to punish.

I hate being punished and God knows I have done some stupid things to kill other people, so I let EVERYONE off the hook. I haven't punished in probably the last 50 hours of play time. Very very few TK on purpose, IME, so I have no need to punish.

On top of that, I am not a whiny little baby who cries because I was punished and, because I am angry at the world, I punish everyone back. Get over it.

Yesterday, I was punished three times by the same guy in my squad who intentionally ran into my clays, and once stood right in my line of fire.

If anyone in my squad punishes me (unless the TK was pure stupidity from my side), I always kick them from the squad immediately. No exceptions.

I forgive 99% of the time, even if it was pretty negligent. The exception is if I get shanked for a vehicle or something of the like. Mistakes happen, friendlies show with red name tags, people get in your way, hair trigger-split decisions are made. Why bother being an ******* about it? Just respawn.

I was standing on the deck of the Aircraft Carrier about to board the Chopper on Wake Island when a team mate decided to test out the machine gun after he boarded with only team players around (right at the start of the game). I wasn't even moving anywhere at the time and he waved the gun around firing indescriminantly, hitting me. He apologiesed but I still punished hime for the tk - in my opinion what he did WAS sheer stupidity and no amount of sorry's would have got him off.

9 times out of 10 I do forgive tk'ers though as it's usually a genuine accident (I've done it myself too of course) and many I meet on the German and British servers I play on are very friendly normally.

Oath taken, have punished maybe 10-20 times total since the game came out, and it was usually for guys getting off on intentionally tk'ing.

How do you know those punishing you aren't "thanking" you for punishments you haven't commited? Then again, you probably know you're logic is horrendously flawed and use it as an excuse to have some fun, so stopped being an embarassment to us carbon based life forms and do something more intelligent.

And I'd like to add I ONLY punish for intentional tks. No matter how stupid the accident was.

I probably punish about 25% of the time as the other 75% are me stupidly running directly behind a tank and it backs up or friend fire..i mean if I get naded by a teammate though he kills 2 or 3 enemies thats a fair tradeoff.
