99% of the time I won't punish if the offender makes and attempt to say sorry or if I didn't see a mine/claymore. Clearly that's my fault and my death was punishment enough for my stupidity. What I do punish for is the jack*** that teamkills to get planes/choppers ect. I have no problem taking the oath as long as the morons TKing for planes/choppers promise to kill themselves.
