^^I agree here. And I say this as an avid Titan gunner to boot! (At least before most servers decided to ban titan movement which completely defeats the point of having titan guns instead of artillary...)
If a titan gun is destroyed, it will take all of but 2 seconds to make it operational again. That isn't right and it isn't balanced. My suggested solution is to, at the very least, makes it so guns and equipment don't function at 100% until they actually ARE at 100%. If a titan gun is destroyed and it's only repaired to about 10 or 15%, make it so it fires only 2 or 3 shots per volly instead of a dozen+. If titan AA guns are only repaired to 10% or so, the rate of fire should be drastically reduced. That way, destroying Titian assets will actally give your team a certian window of freedom. However, I must say, it would also piss me off greatly.
Barring that, perhaps introducing a 1 minute prohibition on repairing destroyed assets after they go bye-bye would work. I would almost prefer that because then it will also cut down on AA spammers who camp at ground turrets to repeatedly blow up recently repaired (and very weak) guns for easy points.
