THIS IS THE PERSON that claims to know when games and patches will be coming out, but he is that well informed that he thinks frostbite is a game.

I think that if you do really have a ''EA CONTACT'' then i would not bother listening to him anymore.

Its listed on the DICE site smartass under Games > current projects, so I included it as a Game. Only someone who is that incompetent thinks I put it as a game. Mind your manners and use your brain before making replies that make you see clueless. Your well informed if you couldnt take two moments out of your "Busy" live and check the DICE website. If you took the time to read DICE and EA Press Releases, News Releases and Forum Posts, you would be able to know when patches and games are coming out as EA basiclly spells it out.

Stephen doesn't know any more than anyone else. No one knows anything about the patch yet. The first to know will be server providers, then digital distributors then us!

I think it would be awesome for BF3 to include all the major timelines of all BF Series games to date.

Imagine 1 game: BF1942, BFV, BF2, and BF2142 all rolled into one product with updated graphics.

You could seriously pick who,where,when, and how you fight. that would be kickass imho.

Now back on topic: I really hope that a large part of the community here will represent us well in beta testing this patch when it does come out. Everyone remember that only the squeaky wheel gets the grease. So if you think something is wrong then the only way to get it addressed is to say something.

Lol, it'll be like the IO patch. The beta test program was closed due to low participation. IIRC one beta server started once in the whole lifetime of that beta program. And the patch was being made for players who insisted points had nothing to do with it at all, they simply preferred the as yet non existent game mode.

I'm pretty sure frostbite is the game engine BF:BC is on, and not an actual game...

If i remember correctly they worked on 5 major titles including Bad Company and Herore. So I wonder what the other are.

According to the scuttlebutt, BF3 will be more in the future like 2142 Style, not BF: BC

What's a scuttlebutt?

I wouldn't mind a futuristic BF, again, but not so far in the future, more like Ghost Recon, 10 years from now future.

That, or, I would love them to go back to WW2, sort of a sequel to 1942.
