Really, i did not know they was code like that in BF2 that's not used, but i do know they is other stuff that's in files that's not used in the game, like the L85A1 with granade launcher attachment.

They DEFO said about a new game mode, i though it could be the gold rush like BF-BC or even a car and transport only game mode so tanks , APC's , LAV'S , BTR's, attack choppers and jets could not be used.

But what ever the game mode is, it should bring a good change with it, something different.

That ain't going to happen. It would mean ripping out the old netcode and doing some serious work to it. It's too risky as they might leave the game worse off than when it started which in turns, means they have to do more work and move more resources to BF2 and away from other projects.

It's not that bad, i've never really had much problems as long as i play on a server with a ping on 70 or less.

Am not sure they plan on changing the game this much though.

I think we will see a few new maps and maybe something to try and stop hackers and that's it, i don't think we will get anything eles.

OH.........they did say a new game mode too, did'nt they.

    Who are you?

You complain when they release BF2 too early and you complain when they spend their time developing BF3.

There is no pleasing idiots like you :p

Or tanks, even. Or if every TVGM missile that went through a jet or chopper was a hit, as it should be. It would have changed the outcome of hundreds of rounds of this game. Think about the times the enemy chopper has raped your team into the ground. Maybe if the TVGM from your team's chopper had hit it, instead of going through, your team might have won.
Along with the lagging hitboxes is dusty knife hits and ghost bullets killing you after you've made it behind cover. Maybe if your hitbox had been where you sure thought you were, you would have been able to get that last AT rocket off to kill the tank capping the flag.

Of course that's just my opinion. I could be wrong.
Well it would certainly make using vulcans during dogfights a more reliable method of taking down an enemy jet.
