Well, after taking the time to do some research about the ROE, finding out who is involved, and what lengths they go through to ensure fair play (which is what I basicly said in the beginning), I figured this would be the best course of action .

It's not just a flashy tag, mind you; at least not in my perspective. I am hoping that I can reach some people to the level of understanding that this issue presents.

I do not believe in punishing someone who has no idea that they had broken anything, but if you read the EULA, most everything that the ROE enforces is within.

Hypocricy and Conformity is the way of the New World Order, right?

There were no flames in post, you were the one who thought you would step up with your mighty stick and try to flame me, I responded to your comment very politely I thought.

Again Im forced to point out that you seem to be now and have in the past, run this show with some level of disdain for any detractors of your plan. In the past you stopped me from commenting and asking you perfectly responsible and legitimet questions, givin the level of authority you hold. Just see this quote for proof of your authority...

Thats a pretty big chunk of authority to hold sway over other server admins. I (and others) should simply want to know if you are using your power for something other than "protecting the players". I ask about your motivations because since you sit in the seat of power, you should be prepared to defend your descions and ideas.

Now if you consider these opinions and questions to be inflammatory then by all means ban away, if you just dont want to answer or explain how you came up with the rules for everyone, then you should probably just ban me. As long as a majority of players question the ROE, you will see me or someone else with the same questions. Theres nothing personal, you say your lookin out for the players, so am I.

Truth be told, I have an admiration for Indian for the simple fact he did something when so many others did nothing. I am not after him, dont want to offend him. I simply dont agree with some of his descions and opinions regarding the ROE. Theres a certain amount of mistrust due to his situation with BF2RS and the resulting BFROE. This matter was never discussed or explained. If he wants to be the CIA of BF2, thats also fine with me. However there must be some oversight by the community in general, the position garners to many "perks" to not ask the ethical questions.

ok I have never addressed this topic but feeling as I do I will..

I was the Asst. Director of BF2RS as most of you know...

I left BF2RS because of creative differences, and the fact that someone who's name I will not mention was using all the hard work I did to try and promote themselves using my work.

there should be no mistrust as far as BF2RS, I am still in contact with alot of the people there as I made alot of great friends..

for amost 16 months I have devoted 10-15 hours a day to try and make a community better, I get no pay for this, and I volunteer my time, as I am home (medical reasons).

I do not for the most part get into player problems unless they enlist my help as an unmentioned top player did when I helped him with a wipe that was unjust..

I am not here to scream RESET or DELIST anyone, I am here to try and keep a level playing field for all players and server owners..

I have many requests daily from GSP's Players and Server owners and I try and do the best job I can..

If you feel you can help me do my job better, then hey send me a PM like someone did earlier and it was a great suggestion..

Ok the point of this thread was to give some suggestions to the ROE team. At least thats what it has turned out to be. So far quite a few people have given a good number of ideas and noone in the ROE community has addressed them. Why address the insults and ignorants but ignore the valid points??
